“Good wine comes from good grapes”. Our mission begins in the vineyard. From pruning to the harvest, each stage is carefully monitored and focused on obtaining the best grapes. When they are ripe the grapes must be healthy, sweet and fragrant and in the best condition for making wine. Then we pray the Good Lord to give us a hand with the weather…
Our Winery

After various renovations, our winery was created inside the rural building which is also the estate’s headquarters. Traditional wooden barrels and new steel technology join forces to produce our wines, which are the focus of extensive research and vinified at controlled temperatures to enhance elegant physical criteria rather than chemical ones. All this to make well-balanced, elegant and authentic classic white, red and rosé wines of Friuli.

Our Vineyards
In 1995 Giorgio Zaglia began replanting and increasing the number of vines in the vineyards. Short pruning, targeted thinning and meticulous vineyard husbandry methods were adopted in order to produce wines that would enhance the characteristics of the region. The vineyards are cultivated using low-environmental-impact systems, the grapes are picked exclusively by hand and are vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats.
Awards and accolades
Our wines are included in the top specialist guides. They have won major prizes at regional, national and international competitions.
